What parameters do I need to provide for a custom cooling solution?
To design an accurate cooling solution, please provide the following operating conditions:
- Cooling medium -- water, glycol solution, or process fluid
- Required cooling capacity -- in kW or kcal/h
- Inlet / outlet temperatures -- in °C
- Local wet-bulb or dry-bulb temperature
- Flow rate, working pressure, and glycol concentration
- Installation location and power supply (V/Hz/Ph)

How quickly can you deliver after order confirmation?
We are committed to delivery within 15 days for standard and most custom orders. Our production facility covers 36,000 m² with an annual capacity of 5,000 sets, supported by 5 technical engineers and 60+ skilled workers.
For large-scale or highly complex projects, lead time will be confirmed at the quotation stage.

How is pricing determined for custom orders?
All pricing is based on your specific customization requirements, including:
- Cooling capacity and thermal specifications
- Material selection (galvanized steel, stainless steel, copper coils, etc.)
- Structural dimensions and configuration
- Order quantity and delivery schedule
We do not publish a fixed price list. Submit your operating conditions to receive an accurate quotation.

Our production workflow includes sheet metal fabrication, precision welding, hot-dip galvanizing, PVC assembly, and coil installation. Each unit undergoes:
- Hydraulic pressure testing of all coils and water circuits
- Fan and motor run-in testing
- Structural and dimensional inspection
- Final performance verification before shipment
