Solution Design

What parameters do I need to provide for a custom cooling solution?

To design an accurate cooling solution, please provide the following operating conditions:

  • Cooling medium -- water, glycol solution, or process fluid
  • Required cooling capacity -- in kW or kcal/h
  • Inlet / outlet temperatures -- in °C
  • Local wet-bulb or dry-bulb temperature
  • Flow rate, working pressure, and glycol concentration
  • Installation location and power supply (V/Hz/Ph)

Can you perform thermal calculations and equipment selection?
Yes. Our engineering team conducts full thermal calculations based on your operating conditions. We select the most appropriate cooling tower model, coil configuration, fan arrangement and water distribution system to ensure the required outlet temperature is reliably achieved under your actual site conditions.
Do you support fully customized designs?
Absolutely. We offer end-to-end customization including non-standard dimensions, specific coil materials (stainless steel, copper, titanium), corrosion-resistant coatings, and special structural configurations for constrained installation spaces or extreme ambient conditions.

Capacity & Lead Time

How quickly can you deliver after order confirmation?

We are committed to delivery within 15 days for standard and most custom orders. Our production facility covers 36,000 m² with an annual capacity of 5,000 sets, supported by 5 technical engineers and 60+ skilled workers.

For large-scale or highly complex projects, lead time will be confirmed at the quotation stage.

What is your annual production capacity?
Our factory produces up to 5,000 sets per year across all product lines -- including closed-circuit cooling towers, dry coolers, adiabatic coolers, and evaporative condensers. We maintain stable output to support both project-based and repeat orders.

Pricing

How is pricing determined for custom orders?

All pricing is based on your specific customization requirements, including:

  • Cooling capacity and thermal specifications
  • Material selection (galvanized steel, stainless steel, copper coils, etc.)
  • Structural dimensions and configuration
  • Order quantity and delivery schedule

We do not publish a fixed price list. Submit your operating conditions to receive an accurate quotation.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
We accept both single-unit project orders and large-volume bulk orders. MOQ may vary depending on the product type and degree of customization. Please contact us to discuss your specific project requirements.

What materials and components do you use in production?

Our manufacturing uses industrial-grade materials selected for durability and corrosion resistance:

Structural

  • Hot-dip galvanized steel casing
  • Stainless steel (SS304 / SS316) options
  • PVC fill media and wall panels

Heat Exchange

  • Stainless steel coils
  • Copper coils with aluminum fins
  • Titanium coils for corrosive media
What manufacturing processes and quality controls are in place?

Our production workflow includes sheet metal fabrication, precision welding, hot-dip galvanizing, PVC assembly, and coil installation. Each unit undergoes:

  • Hydraulic pressure testing of all coils and water circuits
  • Fan and motor run-in testing
  • Structural and dimensional inspection
  • Final performance verification before shipment

Shipping & Logistics

What shipping methods are available for international orders?

We offer flexible shipping options to meet project requirements:

Full Container Load (FCL)

20' or 40' container, suitable for medium to large orders

Wooden Crate Packaging

Export-grade crating delivered to your designated warehouse

All shipments are delivered to your designated port or warehouse. We handle export documentation, packing lists, and commercial invoices.

Which trade terms (Incoterms) do you support?
We support EXW, FOB (Qingdao / Tianjin), CFR, and CIF. The preferred Incoterm can be agreed upon at the quotation stage based on your logistics arrangements and destination country.

What installation support is available?

We offer two installation support modes:

Do you provide installation drawings and manuals?
Yes. Every order includes full technical documentation: GA drawings, foundation load data, piping connection diagrams, electrical schematics, and an operation and maintenance manual in English.

Acceptance

How is factory acceptance testing conducted?
Before shipment, each unit undergoes factory acceptance testing (FAT) covering hydraulic pressure tests, fan and motor performance checks, noise measurement, and dimensional verification. Test reports are provided with every shipment.
Can a third-party inspector visit the factory?
Yes. We welcome third-party inspections by SGS, BV, TÜV or any agency appointed by the customer. Customers may also arrange a factory visit at any stage of production.

After-Sales

What warranty and after-sales service do you offer?
All equipment carries a standard 12-month warranty from the date of commissioning. Our after-sales team provides remote technical support, spare parts supply, and on-site service dispatch when required.
How quickly do you respond to technical issues?
Our technical team responds to after-sales inquiries within 24 hours. For urgent operational issues, we provide priority remote support and can arrange on-site engineer dispatch to minimize downtime.
